Do you ship internationally?
Yes — tracked international to most countries. Any duties or import taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
When does my order leave the bench?
In-stock frames dispatch the next business day. Strung-to-order frames are strung to your chosen tension and rested a full 24 hours before they ship.
Can I track my parcel?
Every order ships tracked. The tracking number is emailed the moment the label prints, and again if the carrier scans a delivery exception.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
USPS Ground Advantage delivers to PO boxes. UPS 2-Day Air needs a physical street address.
