Returns FAQ.
Can I return a racket I asked you to string?
A strung frame can't be resold, so we can only refund unstrung returns. If you want to play-test, add a note at checkout and we ship it unstrung with the grommets untouched.
Who pays return shipping?
We do, on any play-test or defect return within the US. We email a prepaid label as soon as you request the return.
What if my frame arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and frame and email us within 48 hours. We ship a replacement immediately and file the carrier claim ourselves.
Are supplements returnable?
Sealed, unopened tubs and bottles are fully refundable inside 30 days. For safety we can't accept opened supplements.
