How fast do orders ship?
In-stock frames dispatch the next business day. Strung-to-order frames rest 24 hours first. Full rates and timing live on the shipping page.
Is shipping really free?
Free on US orders over $75, a flat $6 under that. International is tracked and priced by destination at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — tracked international to most countries. Duties and import taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.
Setting up the frame.
Do you string the racket before it ships?
Yes. Every frame is strung in-house to your chosen tension in the 20–29 lb range and rests a full day before boxing. Want it bare? Add a note at checkout.
What tension should I pick?
If you're unsure, start at 22 lb. Higher tension trades sweet-spot size for control. The size guide has the full chart by player level.
G4 or G5 grip?
G5 is the slimmer standard adult grip; G4 is one size larger. Pick G5 and build up with an overgrip if needed — see the size guide.
Are your frames genuine?
Every racket is authorized stock sourced direct from Yonex and Victor, matched to its spec sheet before it leaves the bench.
If it isn't right.
How does the 30-day play test work?
Play the frame for real. If the balance or flex doesn't suit you, return it within 30 days for a full refund or a swap — we cover the label. Full detail on the returns page.
Can I return a strung racket?
Strung frames can't be resold, so refunds are for unstrung returns. Manufacturer defects are covered with no time limit.
How long do refunds take?
Card refunds land in 2–5 business days, PayPal in 1–2. A store swap dispatches the next business day.

Are the supplements tested?
Rally Fuel and Smash Recovery are made in a GMP-certified facility and batch-tested by a third-party lab. A certificate of analysis is available on request.
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Every transaction runs over an SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout.
Is my payment secure?
